About the Author
Deborah Wright-Mosby is professionally experienced and trained in formal alternative dispute resolution and diversity awareness initiatives. She is a wife, proud parent, and a former long-term substitute teacher with years of experience in international development, where she has previously worked with programs addressing fragility, conflict, and violence in conflict and post-conflict countries. She is also the granddaughter, daughter, niece, and good friend to many educators.
Deborah is an advocate for peace. She believes that peaceful resolutions begin with understanding the important role of good communication skills in resolving and preventing conflict issues and understanding diversity's role in the conflict.
